Young trees are still forming their root systems. The work we do now – building confidence in school and sports, emotional tools, and self-trust becomes the foundation they stand on for the rest of their lives.
Sessions are gentle, supportive, and tailored to each child’s comfort level – so they feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow.
“You can express yourself with art – I made a magic forest I can go to anytime! You can learn different ways to feel better with your emotions.” -Rory, 7
You might be here because you’re looking for real relief for your child — something that helps them feel more at ease, understand themselves better, and grow into their own confidence.
When your child's mind won't quiet down, especially at night or before big moments, we work on calming the noise so rest — and peace — come easier.
For kids who second-guess themselves or struggle to trust their own choices, sessions help rebuild that inner confidence from the ground up.
Whether it's tests, games, or performances, we work on helping your child feel steady and capable when it matters most.
For kids navigating friendships, fitting in, or social anxiety, sessions build the self-assurance to be exactly who they are.
When school, activities, and expectations feel like too much, we teach practical tools to feel focused and grounded again.
Divorce, moving, a new school, a new sibling — big changes can shake a child's sense of steady ground. Sessions help them feel secure again.
My approach blends hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, coaching techniques, and other supportive tools — tailored to how your child’s mind actually works. Like tending young roots, the goal is steady, lasting growth: helping them feel calmer, more confident, and equipped to navigate whatever life brings their way.
There’s no downside to exploring this for your child — it’s gentle, safe, and worth a conversation no matter where you are in your search for support.
I hold space for confidentiality the same way I would with any client, because trust is what makes this work possible. That said, safety always comes first — if I ever have a serious concern about your child’s wellbeing, I’ll loop you in. Outside of that, what they share with me stays between us, and I’m happy to talk through this in more detail before we begin.
I work with kids and teens across a wide range, and I tailor every session to where they are developmentally — younger children often respond beautifully to imagery, art, and play-based techniques, while teens tend to prefer more direct conversation and practical tools. If you’re unsure whether your child is a good fit, reach out and we can talk it through.
That’s more common than you’d think, and it’s okay. Sessions work best when a young person feels some sense of choice, so I never force engagement — I meet them where they are, build trust first, and let the work unfold from there. Many teens who start out skeptical end up finding it genuinely useful once they see it’s not what they expected.
Before I ever sat with a client, I spent years as a high school social studies teacher — which meant a front-row seat to what teenagers are actually carrying. The academic pressure. The social pressure. The exhaustion of holding it all together while still just being a kid.
That experience shapes everything I do now. I blend hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, and coaching tools with a real, lived understanding of how kids and teens think and feel — not just a textbook one.
My goal is simple: help your child feel calmer, more like themselves, and ready for whatever comes next.
