Common questions about working together

Which package is right for me?

If you’re new to this work or not sure what you need yet, a Single Session is a low-commitment way to experience it. The Foundations package is the most popular starting point — four sessions gives us enough time to identify what’s really going on and begin shifting it. Transformation is for people who already know they’re ready to go all in.

Do I have to commit to a package upfront?

You can start with a Single Session and upgrade to a package at any time. Many clients begin with one session and quickly realize they want the deeper container. Either way, we always start with a free 20-minute discovery call so you can ask questions and make sure we’re a good fit before committing to anything.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet weekly or every two weeks. We’ll find a rhythm that works for your life. Sessions are available in-person at my Manhattan Beach office, virtually, or — in some cases — in your home.
