I’m a certified hypnotherapist and mental wellness coach specializing in support for teens and families. When my two children were born I was lucky to be able to focus on them full time. 

I’m a certified hypnotherapist and mental wellness coach specializing in supporting teens and families. Before this work, I spent years as a high school social studies teacher, giving me firsthand insight into the pressures teens face both academically and emotionally.
My approach blends evidence-based wellness tools with a deep understanding of adolescent development—helping teens feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to navigate challenges.
